No. Hands-off hosting and domain name management are optional add-ons on a Maintenance or Support plan — never sold on their own. We are not a hosting company or registrar.
You can cancel anytime, but we do not offer refunds for unused time or hosting. Your website, content, and domain stay yours. When a plan ends, maintenance and support stop at the end of your billing period. If we've been hosting the site or managing your domain, we'll help you move everything to your own accounts so you're not stranded.
Yes. You can keep your current host and we'll work on the site there. However you will need to provide us with adequate user access to the hosting admin and/or technical credentials such as cPanel access, FTP, admin WordPress user, etc.
Small tweaks and content updates are covered on the Support plan. Major feature enhancements — like a customized booking system, an online store, or other custom functionality — are quoted as single projects and billed separately from your maintenance or support plan. We'll scope the work, give you a clear quote at our project rate, and build it when you're ready.
Things like updating your hours, swapping photos, posting an announcement, editing text, or adding a page — up to about an hour a month. You send us what you want; we make it happen. No logging in required.
Pro-tip: We tend to be generous, especially if you're quiet for a few months, don't sweat sending us a bigger update 😉
